Shot and directed by Dani Planas and Ale Fabbri for the Associació Catalana de Ciències de l’Alimentació, a branch of the Institut d’Estudis Catalans. Featuring farmer Pau Gutiérrez and chef Víctor Quintillà of Grup Lluerna, the film makes the people and practices behind more sustainable food visible.
