A bold, mischievous identity for an Albufeira chicken restaurant-made for the nightlife, but welcoming to families too.
Meet Fran. The chicken that built the brand.
AHM asked us for a restaurant concept that felt transgressive, funny and cheeky, while remaining warm and family-friendly. The location was right in the heart of Albufeira’s nightlife, and the speciality was the delicious frango da Guia. We created the name, the identity and Fran: a slightly wild chicken with enough personality to hold the whole world together.
One character. A whole restaurant.
Fran was never meant to stay inside the logo. We turned him into a flexible illustrated universe across menus, posters, signage, vinyl graphics, neon pieces and the complete graphic interior proposal. The interior views shown here recreate that proposal from the original project documents.
